He is survived by: his wife Mary Horrocks Shumar; his daughter Jesse Jo Kunsman Shumar of Sheridan, Wyoming; his stepchildren, Leslie Johnston (John) of Elko, NV and Roger Green of Eureka, Utah; his grandchildren, Mary Kate Millican, Joe Millican, Ashton Green and Hayden Green; his brothers, Richard Shumar (Sheree) of Alverton and Brian Shumar (Naomi) of Mount Pleasant; his niece Maria Pitonyak (Irwin) of Mount Pleasant; and his nephews, Isaac Garstecki of Tennessee and Noel Garstecki of Mount Pleasant.
