She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Czarniak and Felicia Karbowska Czarniak; her husband Frank W. Tylka; her grandson Andrew Tylka; and her siblings, Andrew Czarniak, Jr., Edward Czarniak, Chester Czarniak, Florence Scechula, Mary Rodgers, Helen Sowka, Lottie Ludvik and Stephania Cammeresi.
She is survived by: her children, Bernice Tylka of Mt Pleasant, Frank J. Tylka (Patricia) of Wilmerding, Kevin M. Tylka (Tammy) of Manor, Cynthia Ursiny of Mt. Pleasant and Deborah Jean Cucchiara of Richmond, VA; her grandchildren, Nicole Heiser (Russ), Matthew Ursiny, Kevin A. Tylka and Kara Tylka; her great grandchildren, Carter Maldonado and Maddox Heiser; and her sister Frances Lipko of Connellsville.
