It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard A. Ponko (Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Ponko and Kathryn Albright Ponko; his nephew Ryan Senko; his brother Jerome J. Ponko; and his sister-in-law Christine Ponko.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jurkovic Ponko; his stepson William "BJ" Farrell (Melissa) of Connellsville; his stepgrandchildren, Geno and Rocco Farrell; his siblings, Virginia "Gin" Puskar (Bob) of Mt. Pleasant, Thomas Ponko (Lynn) of Grove, OK, Francis "Buddo" Ponko (Louise) of Mt. Pleasant, Marianne Bailey (Leonard) of Mt. Pleasant and Margaret "Sue" Senko (Ed) of Mt. Pleasant; his nephew Jeffrey Ponko; his daughter Amber Pacella (Matt); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Aleissa McAteer (TJ), Stephen Senko, Austin Bailey, Noah and Joshua Ponko.
