He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F. McBride and Amelia McBride (Billabaugh); his granddaughter Paige; and his sister Darlene "Sis" Keener. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane McBride (Smith); and his sons, Bill Hecker (Kathy) of Mount Pleasant and Tom Hecker (Laura) of McVeytown. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; and his two great grandchildren.
