She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Machowicz and Anna Borek Machowicz; her husband John; her children, Francis "Bear" Kozar and Mary Jane Jaworski; and her siblings, Anthony, Andrew, John Borek, Mary Kurimchak, Lillian Borek, Sophie Koza and Julia Matlak.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Kozar (Karen); her granddaughters, Melanie Spires (PJ), Michelle Stewart (Shawn) and Marley Kozar; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Owen Spires, Clara and Caleb Stewart. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
