Allen of Mount Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret H. "Peggy" Allen (Ziegler); his parents, Mahlon Allen and Miriam Allen (Eddinger); and his daughters, Deborah L. Bilinski (John G. Bilinski) of Exeter Township and Sharon Albright (Kenneth Albright) of Pottstown.
He is survived by : his children, Kathleen A. Potteiger (Dennis G. Potteiger) of Huntingdon, Ronald R. Grant (Susan M. Grant), Thomas P. Allen, Jr. (Sue Allen) of Boyertown, Kelly DeBlaise (Brad DeBlaise) of Hopewell, PA, Donald Allen (Kimberly Allen) and Scott Allen of Chester County. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
