She is survived by: her children, David J. P. Smith of Temple, Tracey L. Wentzel (Robert Bartoli) of St. Lawrence and Daniel L. Fisher (Rachel) of Mohrsville; her close friend Dean Strunk of Gouglersville; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Smith, Jessica Mogel (Cody) and Hannah Fisher; her siblings, Betty-Jane Ustaszewski (Joseph), Paul Smith (Carole), Nancy Walbert (late Ray Walbert) and John Smith (Wendi); and her nieces and nephews, Kathy, Lisa, Amanda, Emily, John and Anthony.
