He was predeceased by : his parents, George I. Spayd and Catherine C. Spayd (Reppert); and his brother Leroy Spayd. He is survived by : his children, Nancy Dietrich (Charles Dietrich) of West Wyomissing, Linda Frymoyer (George Frymoyer) of West Wyomissing, Robert Spayd (Paula Spayd) of Lititz and Pamela Shultz of Mount Penn. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
