She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Kolakowski; her parents, Charles B. Goldman and Helen Goldman (Ritner); and her sister Theresa Goldman. She is survived by: her children, Michael J. (Kim Kolakowski), Exeter and Cynthia L. (James A. Keane); her grandchildren, Morgan T. Kolakowski, Rebecca Sinnott, Rachel Keane and Sarah Keane; her great grandchildren, Ayden Conigliario, Wendy Daley, Gretchen Sinnott and Evander Sinnott; and her sister Ann Carter.
