It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Kolakowski of Mount Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Charles J. Kolakowski; her parents, Charles B. Goldman and Helen Goldman (Ritner); and her sister Theresa Goldman. She is survived by : her children, Michael J. (Kim Kolakowski), Exeter and Cynthia L. (James A. Keane); her grandchildren, Morgan T. Kolakowski, Rebecca Sinnott, Rachel Keane and Sarah Keane; her great grandchildren, Ayden Conigliario, Wendy Daley, Gretchen Sinnott and Evander Sinnott; and her sister Ann Carter.
