She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Smolnik; and her mother Gertrude A. Merkel (Haage). She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Frazer (Michael Frazer) and Susan Smolnik; her close friend Robert Bashore; her grandchildren, Sean Frazer, LeighAnn Frazer, Tyler Twiford (Sarah Twiford) and Alex Twiford (Bridgett Finn); her great grandchild Aubreigh Frazer; and her sisters, Rita Leach (late William Leach) of Palmyra and Anna Mae Nein (late Thomas Nein) of Reading. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
