She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Kostival; her parents, Isaac Moyer and Beaulah Moyer (Fisher); and her siblings, Dorothy Homan, Mildred Rahn, Leon Moyer, Stewart Moyer, Woodrow Moyer and Robert Moyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Candace Kostival of Exeter Twp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
