He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Notter and Louise Notter; and his sister Elsie Bivona (Notter). He is survived by: his wife Joan Notter (Beers); his children, Jeffrey Notter and Ann Stimmel (William); his grandsons, Albert Jeffrey Notter and Colton William Stimmel; and his sister Anita Grimm (Notter).
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Renewed Spirit Lutheran Church (449 N 9th St, Reading, PA 19601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
