He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne E. Reis and Violet A. Reis (Ray); and his brothers, Harold, Robert and James Reis.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite H. Reis (Heffner); his son Steven R. Reis (Hilary W. Reis) of New York City; and his grandson Gareth R. Reis.
