Getrost of Mount Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Getrost and Cora M. Getrost (Geibel); and his aunt Ruth A. Etzel (Getrost). He is survived by: his daughter Charlene D. Getrost; his close friends, James Luckenbill, Charles L. Getrost Jr. (Cassandra), Christine L. Getrost (Joe Endy) and Scott C. Getrost (Melissa); his grandchildren, Anthony, Ryan, Jessica, Chef Tyler and Brayden; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan and Iris.
