He was predeceased by: his father Walter Lewandowski. He is survived by: his wife Yuko Lewandowski (Narisawa); his mother Anna Lewandowski (Magrowski); his children, Anna Maria Rushbrooke, Patricia Pinkerton and Andrew S; and his sister Anna Bonk. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
