He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Phillips and Glennie Masters Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lois Alene Hixon Phillips; his daughters, Ravenna D. Dods of Damascus, MD. and Rebecca A. Roby (Glenn Jr.) of Mt. Morris, PA.; and his granddaughter Lauren N. Weldon (Richard III) of Middletown, MD..
We do ask that those that are attending the graveside service to observe social distancing and to wear a face mask.
