Adams (Terri) of Morgantown, WV.; her grandchildren, Jamie Pack (Clint), Kelly Casto (Bristin), Zachary Adams, Matthew Adams (Kara), Luke Adams (Angela), Jordan Adams and Ryan Adams; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Pack, Shelby Pack, Grant Pack and Lane Casto; her siblings, Betty Kiger of Mt. Morris, PA. and William R. "Butch" Harvey of Akron, OH.; her stepsister Joann Herrington of Mt. Morris, PA.; and her stepmother Virginia Harvey of Mt. Morris, PA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
