She is survived by: her husband Don Lemley; her children, Bob (Tonya Lemley) and Jenny Lemley (Glenn Statler); her grandchildren, Mara Negley, Noah Lemley and Kyah Lemley; her brother Paul Hughes, Jr.; her nephew Frank (Sarah Hughes); her nieces, Kayliegh (Randy Scott) and Lacey (Scott Umble); her brother-in-law David (Rebecca Lemley); her brother Terry Hughes; and her sister-in-law Patty Hughes. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and various in-laws.
