She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Dusenberry and Elizabeth Wade Dusenberry; and her husband John Lewellen. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Mike Pallai of Morgantown, WV; her nieces and nephews, Diane Pratt (Murray) of Vista, CA, Dixie Adams (Danny) of Arthurdale, WV, Pamela LoFiego (Tom) of Mount Morris, PA, Elizabeth Ann (Timothy Korzun) of Morgantown, WV, Michael C. Pallai of Morgantown, WV, David E. Donley of Columbus, OH, Richard Donley of Bellefontaine, OH, James B. Donley of Moscow and Jeremiah Hendershot; and her siblings, Jackie Donley, Maxine Pallai and Glenn Dusenberry.
