He is survived by: his wife Ellen Elaine Foley Campbell; his daughter Valerie Jane Campbell Sisler (Rick) of Independence, WV; his stepgrandchildren, Richie (Emily) and Justin (Quinn); his stepgreat-grandson Mason; his grandchildren, Ashley Forlines (Gray), Charla Miller (Garrett) and Ciara Litton (Brayden); and his great grandchildren, Maxwell, Samuel, Benjamin, Alaya, Buck and Noodle.
