She was predeceased by: her parents, Ocle Haines and Goldie Haines (Wade). She is survived by: her children, Frances Marie Klink (Frank) of Mount Morris, PA, LuAnn Sulka of Canonsburg, PA, John George Sulka Jr. (Marilyn) of Wadsworth, OH, Andrew Mark Sulka of Pittsburgh, PA and Timothy Allen Sulka of Mount Morris, PA; her grandchildren, Andrea, Timothy, Michaela, Benjamin and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia, Elliana and Samantha. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
