He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Minor and Hazel Patterson Minor. He is survived by: his wife June Lemley; his grandchildren, Kristopher (Chelsea), Matthew Osecky, Daniel Simpson (Dani), Mason (Erika), Quintin, Emerson Minor and Junie Minor Phipps; his great grandchildren, Dillon and Reagan Osecky; his sister-in-law Laura Lemley (Robert); his nephew Heath Lemley (Paula); and his siblings, Wretha Haines (Paul), Blaine Minor (Thelma), Ronald Minor (Martha), Donald Minor (Delores) and Billy Minor (Jackie). He is also survived by his wife and children.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mt. Morris United Methodist Church or a favorite charity of choice in honor of Francis.
