David Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Phillips of Mount Morris, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Phillips and Loretta Phillips (Bane); and his wife Darlene Phillips (Shaffer). He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Phillips, Ronald, Donald Phillips, Rick Phillips of Fairchance and Edna Fetsko of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
