He was predeceased by: his parent David D. Foley. He is survived by: his parent Stella A. Kesner Foley; his wife Karen Kay Edgar Foley; his children, Cassandra Foley of Waynesburg, PA., Jennifer Foley of Morgantown, WV. and Daniel Foley of Mt; his grandsons, Cameron Gump of Waynesburg, PA. and Damian Gump of Waynesburg, PA.; and his sister Sharon Tennant (Kenny) of Carmichaels, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Camp Carmel 660 Camp Carmel Road Dunbar, PA. 15431.
