She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Kerns and Mary Ellen Kerns. She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Albert" Spitznogle; her children, Jenny Nicholson (Bradley) of Mt. Morris, PA, Mary "Peggy" Darnell (Jeff) of Morgantown, WV, Lesa Spitznogle of Mt. Morris, PA, Arthur James "Eddy" Spitznogle (Karen) of Mt. Morris, PA and Tammy Mooney (Steve) of Ninevah, PA.; and her grandchildren, Jason, Andrew, Kellie, Lori, Dillan, Emily, Jake, Dalton, Alex and Heather.
