He was predeceased by: his son Mark Macik. He is survived by: his wife Martina A. O'Leary; his children, Martina Eileen (Daniel Lenox) and Liam Thomas (Tina Cerny); his grandchildren, Martina, Ian Lenox, Ciaran, Isobel and Francesca Macik; and his sister Mary Catherine Macik. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
