Matlak; her sons, Matthew Matlak (Gypsy), Mark Matlak (Karen) and John Matlak (late Diane Q.); her grandchildren, Justin Matlak (Kembly), Mallory Rough (Dan) and Zachary Matlak; her great grandchildren, Meadow Rough and Noah Matlak; her brother Louis Scardetta; her brother-in-law Bernard Matlak (Patty); her nephew Bernard Matlak (Georgette); and her niece Mary Jo Cassano (Chris).
