(Scardetta) Matlak of Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scardetta and Philomina Scardetta (Tordalino); and her sister Cecelia "Sissy" Scardetta. She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Matlak; her sons, Matthew Matlak (Gypsy), Mark Matlak (Karen) and John Matlak (late Diane Q.); her grandchildren, Justin Matlak (Kembly), Mallory Rough (Dan) and Zachary Matlak; her great grandchildren, Meadow Rough and Noah Matlak; her brother Louis Scardetta; her brother-in-law Bernard Matlak (Patty); her nephew Bernard Matlak (Georgette); and her niece Mary Jo Cassano (Chris).
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
