He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Meek and Dorothy Meek; and his daughter Erin Marie. He is survived by: his wife Leah Meek (Dattilo); his children, Emily Hasek (Keith), Stella Isbir (Michael), Amanda Meek-Herzing (Travis), Jared Meek (Anna), Kathryn Martin (Derek), Rachel Beckstrom (Michael), Samuel and Paulina; his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Johnathan, Moriah, Isabella, Christopher, Michael, Alayna, Talitha, Emma, Sarah, Boaz, Mabel and Nicodemus; and his siblings, Richard, David, Alan, Carol Ann and Barbara. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Lebanon Epc Church (255 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216).
