She was predeceased by: her husband William Provost (Bill); her parents, Raymond Garvin and Martha Garvin (Sickles); her brother Ray "Buzz" Garvin; and her grandson Connor Hula.
She is survived by: her son William Provost (Will); her daughter-in-law Stacey Zelbow; her granddaughter Sonia Provost; her daughter Christiana Hula (Christy); her son-in-law John Hula; her daughter Leah Maude Beil; her son-in-law Jeremy Beil; her daughter Katherine Duncan (Katye); her son-in-law Robert Duncan (Bob); her grandson Paul Duncan; and her sister-in-law Mary Werling.
