He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cvitkovic and Anna Cvitkovic. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Best); his children, Jeffrey Cvitkovic (Malinda) and Kimberly Nixon (Matthew); his sibling Sylvon McCarthy (Paul); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Best (Kathleen) and Donald Jonischek (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sister's Place, 418 Mitchell Ave., Clairton, PA 15025.
