He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Milik and Elizabeth Balog Milik Sr.; and his brother Joseph E. Milik Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Beth" Milik Keith (Michael) and John P. "Jack" Milik (Maria); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Caroline Keith, Leonardo and Joseph Milik.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of St. Oscar Romero Parish (317 W Pike St, Canonsburg, PA 15317).
