Though Carmen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carmen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burke and Luise Burke (Schmidt); her husband James R. Stonge; and her brother Michael Burke. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie L. Stonge and Sandra L. Stonge.
A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
