Ballard (Miller); his parents, Charles Ballard and Martha Smith Ballard; his brother Walter Ballard (Ann); his niece Heather Ballard Miller (Drew); his nephew Jeffrey Ballard (Megan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adara Miller, Avriella Miller, Evelyn Ballard and Eleanor Ballard.
