She was predeceased by: her husband Harry E. "Skip" Mentzer; her parents, Harry W. Frank and Elsie Frank (Sprout); and her brother Geroge E. Ford. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Ann (Rick Neideigh); her granddaughters, Richelle (Chadd Ettline) and Renee Neideigh; and her great grandchildren, Cohlston and Berkley Ettline.
