He was predeceased by: his parent Charles H. Flick Jr.; his siblings, Margaret "Peggye" Flick and Charles E. Flick; his child Harold Smith; and his wife Lois M. "Nan" Flick.
He is survived by: his parent Margaret Brinser Flick; his children, Steve Flick (Carol), Susan Flick Ciranni (Gerald), Donna Flick Smith, Hugh "Corky" Flick (Beth Newcomer Fitzpatrick), Beverly Baumgardner-Groff and Connie Heindel; and his grandchildren, Brent Smith (Jackie), Anthony Smith (Brelin), Kyle Flick, Megan Flick, Jodi Roth (David), Nikki Groff, Dustin Groff, Donnie Heindel (Donna), Christy Hinderer (Jeffrey), Bridget Fitzpatrick, Hannah Fitzpatrick and Liam Fitzpatrick.
