He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edye and Gladys Edye (Pennell); and his siblings, John, Lorraine Zimmerman and Barbara Sweigart.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Tammy L. Halbleib (Jason) of Elizabethtown and Robert A. Edye, Jr. (Elaine) of New Columbia, PA; his grandchildren, Cody R. Halbleib and Kasey L. Halbleib; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn, Cory and Rachel; and his brothers, William, Raymond, James and Samuel Edye.
