He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Parsons, Sr. and Myrtle Mae Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cortright Parsons; his daughter Angela Kreider of Philadelphia; his brother James Parsons of Lancaster County; and his grandson Dick.
