Ray Glenn Longenecker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ray Glenn Longenecker of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Longenecker and Flora Longenecker (Miller); his wife Geraldine H. "Gerry" Longenecker; his daughter-in-law Daphne Longenecker; and his siblings, Robert Longenecker, Jo Fitzpatrick and Helen McElhenny.
He is survived by: his children, Glenda Rae Muehling (Robert) of Mount Joy and Gary Longenecker of Rockville, VA; his grandchildren, David Muehling (Megan) of Mount Wolf, Sarah Carbaugh (John) of York, Mary Muehling of Mount Joy and Matthew Muehling (Sarah) of Elizabethtown; and his sister June Lancaster (Robert) of Manheim. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Bible Church (629 Union School Rd, Mount Joy, PA 17552). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
