She was predeceased by: her spouse Anthony P. Spinelli; her parent Louis Smith; and her brothers, Bernelle, John and Joseph.
She is survived by: her parent Margaret Staub Smith; her children, Anthony Spinelli (Joanne), Annette Cohen (Jeff), Angela Baum (Guy), Andrew Spinelli and Anton Spinelli (Cathy); and her siblings, Mary Miller (Reginald), Joanne Reese (Berg), Theresa Carbaugh (Steve), Fred Smith (Connie) and Michael Smith (Theresa). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
