She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Ross Sentman and Ruth E. Sentman (Bowers); and her former husband Jack L Hart. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Hart of Boalsburg and Patti Herr (Elam) of Landisville; her grandchild JD; and her spouse Caitlin (Craig Lager).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Water Street Rescue Mission.
