She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald T. Stephens; and her brother James R. Hornafius. She is survived by: her children, Tamela Alexander (Jeffrey) of Manheim, Theodore Stephens (Patricia) of Landisville and Andrew Stephens (Kimberly) of Dover; her grandsons, Blaine Alexander (Kyleigh) of Bainbridge and Austin Welk of Landisville; and her great grandchildren, Brielle and Jackson Alexander.
