He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd M. Sr. Raifsnider and Ethel Raifsnider (Hartman); his wife Ida Raifsnider (Kline); his daughter Ann Howard; his siblings, Jerry Raifsnider and Ethel Zimmerman; and his grandson Glen Gehman.
He is survived by: his children, Alta Shank (Todd) of Mount Joy, Susan Hanna (Danny), Lloyd M. Raifsnider III (Mariann) of Telford, PA, Carol Gehman (Daryl), Eileen Wheeler (Eddy) and James Raifsnider (Sonya) of Lancaster; and his siblings, Janice Charles of Elizabethtown, Wayne Raifsnider (Cathy) of State College and John Raifsnider (Leslie) of Denver, PA.. He is also survived by twenty seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sheetz Funeral Home (16 E Main St, Mount Joy, PA 17552). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sheetz Funeral Home, Inc. (16 E Main St, Mount Joy, PA 17552).
