He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Mahig Szpara; his daughters, Michelle Yvonne Szpara (Kenneth Robert DeNisco) and Moriah Louise-Teresa Szpara (Manuel Llinás); his grandchildren, Sahara Ann Szpara-DeNisco, Silvio Szpara Llinás and Amadeo Szpara Llinás; and his brother Edward Sparrow (Patricia).
