He was predeceased by: his son William D. "Willie" Swartz. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Kranch and Eileen F. Kranch of Elizabethtown; his wife Angela M. Swartz (Halbleib); and his children, Jazmine Swartz of Lebanon and David Swartz of Elizabethtown.
