He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Groff and Miriam Groff (Brubaker). He is survived by: his wife Marian Groff (Book); his children, Sherry Snader (Lamar), Marcia Smith (Geoffrey), Lisa Nyguist (Richard), Michelle Metzler (Fred), Katrina Weaver (Todd), Alan Groff (Mari) and Theresa Hollinger (Jason); and his brothers, Donald Groff (Elnora) and Robert Groff (Marlene).
