He is survived by: his spouse Sydnie M. Gifford Gergal; his children, K. Michelle Kluegel (Ron), Gregory R. Abbott, Mark E. Brunner (Theresa) and Laurie A. Brunner; his grandchildren, Cass, Shelby, John, Kyle, Kara and Calla; and his brother Francis Gergal (Florence).
