He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd J. Price and Freda I. Price (Shaw); his stepson Joseph Zito; and his siblings, Donald Price and Irene Peiffer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Price (Gilmartin); his children, Barrie Ayars of Mechanicsburg and Brad Price (Lamm); and his stepsons, Michael Zito (Christy) of Mount Joy and Matthew Zito (Gina) of Elizabethtown.
