He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy L. Bortner; his parents, Mervin D. Bortner and Grace Bortner (Keim); and his brother Ronald Bortner. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Randy Crossland) and James F. (Diane Bortner); his grandsons, Matthew and Darren; his grandparent-in-law Tracy Bortner; and his siblings, Donna Rambler and Mervin D. Bortner, Jr. of Manheim.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buch Funeral Home (21 W Main St, Mount Joy, PA 17552). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
