O'Neill III; his wife Kelly Brown O'Neill of Mount Joy, PA; his daughter Suzanne O'Neill (Clesson Turner) of Montgomery Village, MD; his granddaughters, Claire O'Neill and Nora Turner; his nieces, Patricia Carsley Baasch (Herb) and Terri Carsley; and his brother-in-law Joseph Carsley.
