He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor A. Ross and Anna L. Ross (Olinski); and his wife Margaret J. Ross (Pozzuto). He is survived by: his children, Victor D. Ross of Lancaster and Eveann C. Simpson (Ross Simpson) of Cranberry Township; his grandson Garrett R. Simpson of Cranberry Township; and his brother George Ross (Mary Lou) of Mount Joy.
